本項目小組整合城市規劃、城市設計、商業策劃、建筑景觀設計等多學科專業，制定中軸線地區的城市設計和開發導則，將其塑造為帶動古城文化復興、樹立新城核心區標志性形象、集聚高質量公共活動的標桿項目，使其成為新絳重要的標志性公共空間。
