項目說明：
金融產業是現代服務業的核心引擎之一。
新絳金融商貿核心區立足新型城鎮化的前景，旨在通過資本聚集提升其在產業發展、城鎮建設、公共生活中的作用和地位，創造高品質的城市效率和公共生活。
本城市設計以集約、高效、示范為設計策略，借鑒山西票號、錢莊的歷史語匯，通過組團化空間組織和南北軸線的串聯，形成分合有致、高效協調的整體空間布局。屋頂綠化、地下空間的利用更好地提升了地面空間的空間質量和活動體驗。最大程度地提高了土地的使用效率和空間識別性。
新絳金融中心區，重塑區域新的經濟秩序和活力，再現絳州歷史的繁榮和輝煌。
Financial industry is the key engine for the New Type Urbanization. Attract capital accumulation and play important role to accelerate the development of Urban construction and public livability.
The design strategies are compact/Efficent/ demonstration within very limited site.
Got lessons from local Shanxi exchange bank, through main Axis / cluster space arrangement to create remarkable/effective overall public space layout.
Green roof /Underground usage leverage the spatial quality and experience of activities. improve the livability and land value.
The collaborative program help to recreate the vitality / booming/ brilliant.
