設計導則從功能分區、建筑界面、天際線、混合度、地塊入口、大樓和裙樓的建議、建筑和景觀風貌等方面提出了明確的開發控制要求。

城市設計導則也對綠色建筑、滲透率、垃圾處理、綠色能源等可持續發展提出了相關的建議和指標控制。
