項目說明：
鹿泉文化產業園曾經是瘡痍的礦區 , 但隨著政策、策劃、設計、建造、運營完美協同后則有機會成為獨一無二的經典，我們憧憬它成為一個：
園區、景區、社區三位一體的文化創新綜合體
它將成為文化產業集聚區+綠色生態園區典范:
[ 傳播文化藝術的魅力舞臺 ] [ 文化產業的現代孵化器 ] [ 富有人文魅力的藝術家部落 ] [ 體驗生態修復的礦石公園 ]
[ 綠色可持續的智慧園區典范 ]
The site was destroied by stone mining over past 10 years. Ugly/grey/deserted was the first image to the visitors.
Client invited SPD to deal with the challenges of the project, create a integrated cultural complex with Park/scenary/communities.
SPD project team optimize the exisitng site and adressed the developing strategies:
? Attractive stage for spread Art and culture.
? Modern Incubator for cultural industry
? Livable art villages with human care
? Mining park with Eco-repairment
? Samrt park with Sustainability
