項目說明：

      北京新機場臨空經濟區（北京部分）占地面積 50 平方公里，具有區位政策、交通便利、政策人才和文化科教等綜合比較優勢，但同時也有資源受限、高成本約束、生態脆弱等方面的限制，需要與臨空經濟區（河北部分）在生態系統、交通連接、產業鏈條、社會融合等方面統籌兼顧，最終形成以新機場為核心，生態友好、交通迅捷、產業聯動、社會協同，空間上 30 公里半徑的世界最佳航空都市區。

以此為愿景，項目小組在進行了細致的基地調研、現狀分析和相關議題研究之后，針對當前階段的工作重點，提出了本項目規劃設計的 6 大策略：

The planning and construction of Beijing New Airport Economic Zone will become the milestone and immortal legend in the world Aero-tropolis construction history.

Beijing New Airport Economic Zone (Beijing part) covers an area of 50 km2. It has comprehensive comparative advantages such as location policy, convenient transportation, elites and education, meanwhile it is restricted by resource constraints, high cost constraints and ecological fragility. Therefore, it needs to coordinate with Economic Zone (Hebei part), in the aspects of eco system, transport connection, industrial chain and social integration, in order to become airport-oriented, 30km-radius, the world’s best aero-tropolis.

With this vision, based on site study, current situation analysis and related issues researches, the project team put forward six strategies for the planning of the project:
