項目小組將本項目定位為國際水準的葡萄產業園區和濱水田園度假休閑區。面對基地內部高壓線穿過，切割場地成南北兩部分的限制，總體規劃將產業園區和度假休閑區分別在東西兩廂布置。度假休閑區利用自然地形形成生態廊道、配合分期開發分成4個組團。

紅酒/田園風情/濱水度假是本項目的核心主題。結合主題塑造，項目塑造濱水度假、休閑養老、觀光娛樂等多種場所，為未來園區整體發展明確了方向。規劃利用雨水收集的內部水系不僅豐富了空間的節奏，也為人與自然溝通和交流、居民和游客休閑運動創造了一系列充滿趣味的場所。
