項目位于北京市大興區，未來將依托首都第二國際機場發展臨空經濟與高新技術研發、高端制造產業，建設綠色低碳、智慧人文的可持續產業新城。SPD 團隊基于項目定位與總體規劃方案，提出 TOD 導向城市發展模式、生態綠色系統、資源循環利用、低碳產業發展、智慧支撐體系五大建設目標，以及 36 項具體指標，從片區、街區和地塊三個層面對區域可持續發展提出指引。

可持續指標體系通過對生態、產業、交通、公共服務等多個角度提出綜合目標與具體目標、明確限定與引導條件，既可作為評估建設國際品質、宜業宜居、低碳生態片區規劃方案的標準，又可作為監督和管理新機場臨空經濟區建設的重要依據與指引。

Located in Daxing District of Beijing, this project will rely on the Second International a i r p o r t e co n o m i c d eve l o p m e n t , h i g h technology research and development and high-end manufacturing industry to construct a humane and wisdom Sustainable Industrial Park with green and low carbon infrastructure in the future. Based on project positioning and overall planning, SPD team proposed five major construction goals and 36 specific indicators: TOD oriented urban development model, Green system, Resource recycling, Low carbon industry and Intelligent support system, which proposed sustainable development guidelines from the area, block and plot three layers.

S u s t a i n a b l e i n d e x s y s t e m p r o p o s e d comprehensive goals and specific objectives, clearly definition and guidance to ecological, industry, traffic, public service and other aspects, which both as the construction evaluative criteria of international quality, livable, low carbon ecological area planning and as the important basis and guidelines of supervision and management during the new airport economic zone construction.
